Join us for an Antiques and Vintage Spectacular!
Our New Years Day Fair is a well established event and each year we are making it bigger and better.
We now offer 4 fairs a year at York Racecourse (January, March, July and September).
Plus we plan on having several diary dates for our exciting new Saturday Fair in Pocklington.
We have improved our general "antique" offering to include a greater focus on home décor and vintage trends, and are ensuring traders get better exposure through increased advertising spend (up +50% on 2019).
All stall holder applications are carefully considered.
Whilst every effort will be made to allocate regular traders their usual stalls, we reserve the right to change the location of allocated stalls and improve the overall layout of the Antique Fair up until the time the event opens.
Please note, unless agreed in writing, NO NEW GOODS are to be sold. Collectors items must be out of production.
We reserve the right to withdraw and/or refuse applications for stalls.
All inside trading is under cover in well lit, heated, modern buildings.
Full toilet & baby changing facilities available, plus Café / Restaurant and Cash Machines on site at York Racecourse.
Access to electrical points, if pre-requested, is free of charge to all stall holders. Perfect for additional stall lighting, laptops and phones!
Big Advertising Spend
Our marketing activities are specifically designed to target the right customers locally and nationally.
We invest in traditional press, outdoor and online advertising.
Stall holders expect good footfall from high spending visitors and we pride ourselves on facilitating this.
Flat Loading / Easy Access
Access for setting up 2 hours before our fairs opens
All stall holders benefit from hardstand parking and flat loading is through a large double door adjacent to the carpark at York Racecourse.
Assistance is available to help with transporting any bulky items.

What to Expect?
We believe that a well organised event is a successful event.
Upon receiving your completed booking form and full payment we will confirm your booking. No booking is guaranteed without full payment and completed booking form.
Approximately 2 weeks before the event stall holders will receive event instructions. These will include confirmation of stall locations, site access and loading details.
Whilst every effort will be made to allocate regular traders their usual stalls, we reserve the right to change the location of allocated stalls and improve the overall layout of the fair up until the time the fair opens. We can't stress this point enough!
Please note that all stalls must be prepaid before the event. And in accepting your booking you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within the booking form(s).
